What is Recruitment?

Recruitment is the new member selection process that occurs in the cooperative system.

 

During formal recruitment, you will be able to tour each house within the cooperative system, learn more about the cooperative system, and have any questions answered.

After house tours, there will be time to interview with Gemini or any of the other houses you are interested.

 

Following formal recruitment is informal recruitment, where you can visit the houses that interest you and get to know the members and the houses on a more personal level.

 

After informal recruitment, the houses will send out bids to recruitees that they would like to join the house. If you accept that bid, you are part of the next years pledge class!
