Gemini Cooperative

House bills at Gemini are $450/month.

 

This includes all rent and food costs. You get 9 meals per week, unlimited breakfast and snack food on weekends (a full fridge, freezer, and pantry), free printing, high speed internet access, cable TV, and socials with the girls houses.  There are no other fees to live at Gemini, all parking and weekend food access is free and included in the $450.

 

Over the course of each semester, fundraisers selling things like house shirts often pop up. Many members choose to purchase these, however they are completely optional.

 

You only pay for the eight months you live in the house, there are no year long obligations.
